Michelle Cofield is a self taught published licensed makeup artist. She started makeup artistry shortly after losing her mother suddenly. She asked God for her purpose and began her journey. She started practicing makeup on her relatives and friends to perfect her craft. She read books from Bobbi Brown to Kevyn Aucoin. Michelle didn’t want to be a freelance makeup artist but a licensed one so she applied and attended Ogle Hair Skin and Nails in Stafford. Showering in motels everyday, staying up for 3 days at a time and working a full time job were only a few of the obstacles Michelle had in her way but she finished school and became a licensed Esthetician in 2014.
Shortly after, Michelle worked in several salons but always wanted to work for herself and build her own brand Changing Facez Studios. She began working with several photographers for TFPs (trade for photos) building her portfolio but grew fond of two in particular named Felix Valeri and Ken Robinson whom she work with currently. She has been published from the first year (2014) and is still going. She has been published in Ellements Magazine, the Cover of Pump Magazine, Imirage Magazine and the list goes on and on.
Overcoming a brain tumor and a slight vision impairment Michelle feels that there is nothing bigger than God. If u ask for your purpose surely you shall receive. Not only did God give Michelle a talent to make women feel beautiful but one that made her happier for making an individual feel awesome.
Michelle continues her passion and purpose working with clients, models, photographers, radio and TV hosts etc. She Is expanding her Glampire providing services for any special occasions such as proms, graduations, photoshoots, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or just a night on the town.
